GROUP CYCLING
A form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity sprints and recovery, that involve using a special stationary bike with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. A great workout burning upwards from 600 calories.
Added onto the indoor cycling session there will be 15 minutes of a core work out where you will do a circuit style workout concentrating on getting the core engaged and building the muscles to tone and define that area.
