What I Like about Llandarcy Members: Commitment to training, weather their there once a week or every day their motivation and enthusiasm to train and keep fit no matter what age they are is very inspiring. I love how I get to help them on their fitness journey weather taking them for a fitness class, giving advice, or even a spot in the gym. It is very rewarding to help and take great pride in doing my best to do so!

What I Like about Llandarcy Members: Their commitment to training and are very friendly, I feel I’ve bonded as I’m always in the gym to welcome them in. I like to help them and start by introducing them to the workshops, challenges and my new classes in the gym.
